Bio
I am currently a school psychologist at North Hunterdon High School in Annandale, NJ, as well as a professional development consultant for the New Jersey Education Association. Prior to these positions, I taught English at Hunterdon Central Regional High School in Flemington, NJ. My primary interests as a school psychologist include behavior analysis & support and exploring assistive/educational technology and the roles that the Internet and Web 2.0 can play therein.
My interest in educational technology has taken me from experimentation in my own classroom to blogging about my experiences and facilitating professional development presentations and workshops at local, regional, state, and national levels.
I hold active certification as a school psychologist in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I am also a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP), which means I have met the stringent training standards set forth by the National Association of School Psychologists. For samples of my work in this field, please visit my portfolio.
Outside work, I enjoy running and fitness. I have been a musician for over 20 years, and I enjoy discovering new artists on a regular basis. I support Newcastle United FC and the Philadelphia Eagles, but most of all, I am a fan of my wife Stephanie and our two children, Dylan and Kiera.
